Sam Goodwin has been a Chartered Physiotherapist for over 22 years and has specialised in neurological physiotherapy. She has worked extensively within the NHS and private sector, including overseas.

She is passionate about exercise programmes in Parkinson’s disease, linking them to each individual’s goals and aspirations and using group exercise to help motivate her clients.

The classes include fun, active circuit exercises to upbeat music, as well as mat work and relaxation.

These exercise classes are aimed at large amplitude movements, with strengthening, co-ordination and balance exercises. Sam will adapt exercises to suit individual’s needs and abilities.

Group exercise is a great way to exercise – encouraging motivation as well as participating in a fun and lively environment. So come along and give it a go!

Sam Goodwin has recently become an accredited PD Warrior.
